It’s refreshing to finally find an honest and trustworthy repair shop!

I had my vehicle towed in around 1:00 PM with an undiagnosed brake issue. While I was there, I also asked them to complete a state inspection and emissions test. By 4:30 PM, I received a call letting me know everything was repaired, inspected, and ready for pickup. Outstanding turnaround time!

Before finding this shop, it seemed like every time I took one of my vehicles in for an inspection, there was conveniently something “wrong” that needed to be fixed, followed by a laundry list of additional “recommendations.”

That has not been my experience here. This shop fixes what actually needs to be fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary services or push a bunch of so-called “dealer recommendations.”

I fully recommend this shop! They have helped me with my vehicles twice now, and their honesty is unmatched. Both times, they accurately diagnosed the issue, but instead of charging me for an expensive repair, they informed me that the problems were actually covered under my manufacturer warranty. They unselfishly advised me to take the vehicles to the dealership so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Recently, I took my Honda CRV in and they accessed that the head gasket was bad but turns out Honda has a 150k mile warranty that we didn't know about, because of them we are now getting it replaced for free. On top of that, they guided me through exactly how to handle the dealership process and even patiently answered my follow-up questions days later.
