24-hours convenience pickup center

We are open Monday thru Friday 8 am – 5:30 pm, however, if you are not available to pick up or drop off your vehicle during business hours we have a night drop box as well as after-hours lockboxes for pickup.

To drop your vehicle off, fill out one of the envelopes provided in the drop box, seal your key inside, and drop it in the night drop slot. To pick up your vehicle after hours, make your payment via phone. Once payment is made, your service writer can provide you with the available lockbox # and program it to the 3-digit code of your choice

  Last week I was visiting Fredericksburg VA and my tire light came on.  I stopped in without an appointment and got immediate service along with a lesson on how to check the pressure in my tires, how to correctly read the gauge, where to find how much pressure I needed in them. The staff was amazing, kind, and courteous!  When I asked how much I owed them, the gentleman said nothing.  That wasn't acceptable to me.  So I gave him some $$$ and told him if he wouldn't accept payment to donate the $$ to a charity of his choice or the church collection plate.  We need more more business like this!   These guys are great, I totally trust them. It's a mechanic shop, if you don't like the price then do it yourself.
Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful, straight to the point, no silliness or giving us the runaround.
Been coming to them for regular maintenance and such for the last 2 years.

I know it's difficult to find mechanics you can trust but these guys are it for me.

  If I can give negative rating I would. My car broke down on me and they said before fixing it that they have to fix this other parts to see if they can fix the big problem and after paying them $2000, they still couldn't fix it. Finally took it to some other place and I paid $1000 and got it fixed. Bunch of Thieves!!! I URGE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE BUT NOT HERE 🚫

  My son-in-law brought a truck here to get a pre-purchase inspection done for me. They found a few serious issues that I did not see on the truck. It was a purchase that I walked away from but it was well worth the cost of having them go over it.
